Greetings from a wayward blogger

I haven't felt much like blogging lately. Things are clicking along quite nicely here in our household. The usual "busyness" coupled with spring fever, and a need to be outdoors, getting things done around my house, or just playing with the kids have reduced the desire to be anywhere near the computer..... or maybe I've just run out of things to say?? (okay, to any of you that know me in real life, you know that is a big fat JOKE!) I just haven't felt the need to express myself with writing lately, I guess, and it is quite okay. I've still been reading my favorite blogs, of course, but lately my computer time has only been about 15-20 minutes a day, some days none, some days less. I am quite content with it!

We have had some fun times lately, though! I visited with my sis- in- law in the northern part of our state (and the home of Elvis), got some great new finds at a local antique shop, painted my hallway a wonderful chocolate fudge color, got new furniture for my front and back porches, planted flowers (including a wonderfully cheery geranium that greets my outside my back door every morning) and planned our Disney vacation !!

We will be spending this weekend on the water with my family in a cabin. It will entail lots of star gazing, fishing, boat riding, cooking out and kid chasing and I absolutely cannot wait! I might even post a few pics next week ...

I know I am rambling tonight, but don't you absolutely love it when your kiddos are fresh from the bath? I love the bath soap, baby lotion and clean pajamas smell better than just about anything in the whole world. I want to bottle it up and save it. I snapped this pic last week after I got through drinking in their sweet smells after bathtime. I wish I could freeze them in time .....just like this.

Happy Wednesday and

Much Love,
