Singing in the rain

What started out as a fun "picnic" (actually just a snack with crackers and yogurt) turned into a downpour quite suddenly. As we ran into the garage, little Andrew looked longingly at the falling rain (no thunder, no lightning) and then back at me, and pleaded with his best 3 year old voice to let him "get wet mommy, please, please". I agreed (hey, you're only a kid once, right??) and my little man had the time of his life!!! He won't stop talking about it, and I have to admit he was quite entertaining while he was "singing" in the rain (and hopping, and running and... well, you get the picture!)

Happy Sunday and
Much Love,

My girls love to do that. Whenever we have rain they ask to go out in it. Most times I say no just because I do not want to deal with the mess. Then I feel really bad and think, you know what is the big deal. Like you said they are only kids once and sometimes I just need to remember what it was like to be little.
Cute pictures!!!

Who needs fancy toys and gadgets when you have a rain puddle to hop in??!! Ah, it's the simple joys of childhood that are the best:)

Your son looks like he was having a ball! My daughter loves to play in the rain too! :)

Have a great day!

Oh my kids love to play in the rain. They really love jumping on the trampoline while it rains! Memories, you can only get them yesterday, so grab them while you can!
