Projects Galore!

So, here are the things I have been/will be working on soon! I think I may have more than enough to keep me busy for a little while, don't you think?

"Bumblebee" Jumper I just finished for miss Anna Kate. It is the VERY first children's clothing item I have made- YAY!

"Little Red Wagons" I am smocking for Andrew

Stocking Kits I will be making for the children's Christmas stockings this year

PJs I am making for Andrew... Is the "bug" material not just the cutest thing ever? (It's flannel!)

So, what do you think.. tips, advice??? Hopefully soon, I'll be showing y'all some "finished projects" !!
Happy Tuesday and
Much Love,
Jennifer

These are all adorable!

See these and a few other pics of other people's handiwork really makes me wish I could sew, knit...anything! I did take a sewing class when I was pregnant with my first, but it just didn't "take".
So I'll live vicariously through you, OK? ;)

Oh, how nice. You will be one busy mamma. I can't wait to see all the finish projects. I have the same pajama pattern. I bought it for the nightgown for my girls. I forgot it had little boy pajamas on it too. Thanks for the reminder.

I can offer you nothing in the way of tips or advice, but will say I am so impressed at your craftiness!

The bug fabric is adorable. You need to post a picture of him in his new pjs when you finish.

Wow! How impressive! Your smocking talent alone is going to save you a small fortune.
I hope we get to see the final products.

Having more than one project going at a time has always been my M.O., and I think it's always good to have both sewing machine and hand work projects, too. Looks like you have a nice balance!

I am trying to teach myself how to smock. How did you learn? Did you take a class? Did your Mom teach you?
